What is Call Queue?

Call Queue is a feature which allows multiple calls to be held in a queue whilst waiting to be connected and avoids the caller receiving a busy tone. Call Queue informs the caller they are held in a queue, plays pleasant music and provides notification of there position while they wait. Once the line is free the next caller inline is connected to your agent.

How many Destinations does Call Queue Support?

As standard TNDW Call Queue allows up to three destinations numbers to be specified. When a call is made Queue will poll the available destination numbers and transfer the caller to the first available line. If only one phone number is specified in the destination fields, the call will be held in the queue until the line is available.

What if I need more Destination Numbers for Queuing calls?
