How to Search and Order

TNDW are a network operator and have been allocated more than 9 million numbers by OFCOM the industry regulator.

There are a good selection of special memorable numbers in all of the number ranges for those companies wishing to gain an edge over their competition.

Buying numbers using this site is straightforward. To search for a number use the search box on the right. Using the first box select the number type. All of the ranges can be chosen from this box and every STD dial code is listed for the UK. Now select from the category box. These range from Standard through to Special and are priced accordingly. (optionional) type in the required last 3 digits desired. Finally click the Search Numbers box and a page will appear to the left displaying the available choice of numbers. When more than one page of numbers is displayed choose the next link from above the results page to see the next page.

Once you have chosen a number click the order tab and the number will be added to the shopping cart. This is positioned below the search box and up to 7 numbers can be added before checking out. There is also a dustbin symbol to the right of the listed numbers and should you need to remove a number click on this. Once you have selected your chosen numbers you can proceed to checkout using the checkout button at the bottom of the shopping cart. This first takes you to a login page for existing customers. If you are a new customer click on the register link (otherwise login). This takes you to a registration form where you fill in your name, address, phone numbers, both home and fax and then finally your email address before clicking submit. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly as this is used to send you your login details and order progress details.

Finally after clicking submit you are taken to a credit card payment page. Here you are presented with two main boxes. The first is labelled billing address and requires your name, billing address, phone number and email address. The second box is labelled card details. This needs completing with your name as shown on the card followed by the card number. The start and expiry or issue number need completing next depending on card type as appropriate. Finally the card verification number (cvv2val) needs entering. This is the the last three digits shown on the back of the credit card. All the details should now have been entered and all that remains is to click Make Payment.

Call Credit for Call Transfers


TNDW operate a Pay As You Go system for Call Charges. Customers purchase call credit for their account and then top-up their account when the balance gets low. Call charges are applied to a customers account if a number is being routed to a destination that incurs a cost, for example if any of the following apply:-

  1. Geographic number routing to a landline.
  2. Freephone number routing to any type of number.
  3. Geographic number routing to a mobile or international number.
  4. Non geographic number routing to a mobile or international number.

It is free to divert an 0845, 0844, 0871 number to a UK landline starting 01 & 02.
